Spacious apartment in a beautiful old style in the center of Alicante. At 125 square meters, the apartment offers plenty of space for six people with its three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own balcony. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet in a side street. Shopping, eating out or just go to the café in the immediate vicinity. The historic old town can be reached in 5-10 minutes, the beach or the harbor promenade in 12 minutes. Discover Alicante day and night!

In 2 minutes you can reach the bus station Avda. Alfonso X el Sabio. From there you can reach the main train station and the airport. The main train station can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The airport is about 20 minutes away by car, taxi costs about 24, - € and bus (about 40 minutes) 3,80 €. Interaction with guest

They have the entire apartment for themselves. There is only this one apartment on the floor. Overall, there are only four parties in the house, all of whom are very nice and know that we are renting to guests. We ourselves are mostly not there. A very nice couple, Leidy and Cristofer take care of everything. They will give you the keys and they will help if there is something to help. Of course we are also always available.
