VILLA FINISHED JULY 2017 TO A VERY HIGH SPECIFICATION. BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED.

Casa Chiara is a beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa. Beautifully appointed throughout with a fabulous kitchen and open plan dining and lounge area.

Most of the side and front facing windows take in fantastic views of the ‘Costa Degli Dei’ or coast of the Gods. In addition, from the villa’s large roof top solarium, the villa boasts fabulous panoramic uninterrupted views over the sea taking in the magnificent volcanic island of Stromboli and the group of Aeolian Islands that can be seen on clear days in the distance. Breath-taking views of the sunset are a highlight of every evening.

The villa is part of a small development of a small group of 8 detached and semi-detached villas – two are yet to be built, but no building work is currently taking place. Casa Chiara is situated high up on the estate and can be seen immediately on the approach road, next to a shared pool which is open to all residence occupants. Please note the pool is not heated and is open May to September. The pool has overhead jets, massage jets and a jacuzzi feature. The family builders who own the Residence Dei Fiori are very respectful of the villa owners and the residents and keep everywhere as tidy as possible

Situated within a mile of the authentic Italian village of “Zambroni”, the villa is 10-minutes’ drive from the romantic town of Tropea and 20-minutes from historic Pizzo; the home of the famous, delicious Tartufo ice cream.

Beautiful, modern, brand-new fully equipped crystal glass and stainless steel fronted kitchen with all modern appliances: double sink/ oven, fridge/freezer, glass hob/ stainless steel air extractor / dishwasher/double sink.

Fabulous lighting including up-lighting and spots. 58-inch TV in lounge with 2nd TV in 4th Bedroom.

Beautifully appointed dinning and lounge area including dining room table, white leather couch, black leather reclining chair and foot stool, and coffee table.

Large French windows which open out on to panoramic view of the sea, taking in the magnificent volcanic island of Stromboli and the Aeolian Islands.

OUTSIDE GARDEN AREA

The villa is laid to lawn (highest quality artificial grass) with two small olive trees either side of a pretty rose & cream coloured-stone back garden patio with large front driveway to match.

Casa Chiara has plenty of high quality all-new garden furniture which can be used flexibly either in the garden or on the solarium roof, including:

• 7 sun loungers

• Stand-alone hammock

• Coffee seating area and coffee table

• 4 sundowner highchairs for evening cocktails
