Description
Renovated in 2017, this spacious villa is set in Manacor. It features a private pool overlooking the countryside and offers accommodation to 10 guests.
The impressive house is in a quiet, rural area which is 20 km from the coast. The most distinguishing detail of the finca is the private, 13.5m x 7m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.85m. It has wonderful views over the countryside. It's surrounded by a terrace where you can bask in the sun (10 sun loungers are available) or have an exterior shower. If you prefer shade, you can lay down under the parasol. The furnished porch overlooks the pool and the countryside and is a nice place for having a barbecue or a large breakfast. The 30000 m2 sized plot is fenced and there are no next door neighbours.
Warm and noble furnished rooms welcome you in this house. There's modern equipment like a TV with satellite channels in English, German and Spanish as well as WIFI. The traditional living-dining room surprised by a natural stone-lined wall and modern sofa. A second dining area leads to the kitchen with equipment like vitro hob, dishwasher, kitchenware and oven. A laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board is also available. There's one bedroom with double bed an closet as well as a shower bath on the ground floor.
On the second floor there are four more bedrooms, two with two double beds and the remaining with two single beds. All upstairs bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom with shower and there is a sixth separate bathroom with shower. In addition, all rooms are equipped with AC. If you are traveling with a baby, we prepare a baby crib and high chair on request.
Set 7 km from Mancacor, this cottage is in the midst of nature. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and everything else you may need can be found in Manacor. The Pearl Factory Majorica is famous for its high-quality jewelry. If you'd like to see the everyday life of Mallorca, go to Vilafranca de Bonany, Petra or Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and have lunch in a celler, which is a restaurant serving home made food. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to Port de Manacor, the Drach Caves or the beach of Portocristo. If the beach is what you're searching for, you could visit S'Illot/Sa Coma, Cala Anguila/Cala Mendia and Cales de Mallorca.
