Beautiful chalet with private pool some metres away from Sa Ràpita cliffs, welcomes 6 guests.

You will enjoy a great vacation in an wonderful and quiet environment. Coming back from the beach, you will refresh in the beautiful chlorine pool, sizing 9 x 4 metres ans with a depth that goes from 1 to 2 metres. It includes a children area sizing 4 x 2 metres and 1 metre depth. Sunbeds to sunbathe and hammocks to relax while enjoying the good weather. The porch attached to the house includes several corners to have lunch or dinner, or taking a vermouth while the little ones take a swim. Another furnished porch corner where you will be able to have a rest and disconnect while having a cup of coffee in the table an armchairs available. You will also find a barbecue area outside where you can prepare delicious grilled meats and fishes, an the porch where it is located is also appropriate for the winter season. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

This house has 210 m2 and one floor. Its style is warm and cosy so that you will have a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa and chairs where you can enjoy the entertainment of a Smart TV and relax. The dining table has capacity for 4 people. The independent kitchen is well equipped including an induction cooker, a dishwasher and an auxiliary table for breakfasts for 4 people. It also has access to the porch and the barbecue area. There is also a bathtub bathroom in this floor. There are also three bedrooms next. One has a double bed, the second has a bunk bed and the last one has twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. The three bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature a wardrobe. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The equipment is completed with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This house is located very close to the sea in Sa Ràpita, although its beach is about 2 km away. It is a fine sandy beach with crystalline waters within a beautiful natural environment characterised by the dunes and the behind pine grove . It is a family and quiet beach also ideal to practice surf and windsurf. You can also visit other near and beautiful beaches like Es Trenc. You will find all basic services for an independent stay in the village such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Smoking is not allowed within the house.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
