Description

The Granary, which is curtilage listed, has two beautiful double bedrooms sleeping 6 (2 double bedrooms and sofa bed sleeping 2) and is one of our three properties, the others are : The Barn which is 17th century grade II listed and sleeps 6,and the Farmhouse 17th century grade II listed that sleeps 6.

ALL CAN BE RENTED TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY AS REQUIRED, the Barn and Farmhouse are ideal for big parties.

They are located centrally in the village, down a small quiet lane just 5 minutes walk to the pubs and eateries and 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The Granary has been completely refurbished to provide beautiful light airy accommodation and is presented to a very high standard (2 double bedrooms and double sofa bed in living room, sleeps up to 6) with Wi-Fi installed. The property has a balcony off the first floor level, a private BBQ area outside and access to our private meadow.

The kitchen area includes: cooker, granite work tops, refrigerators with freezer box, microwave. All kitchen utensils that a good cook would require. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility area

The stylish and comfortable living area includes, a large fabric sofa and further leather sofa in the entrance hall, dining table with four chairs, solid oak flooring, central heating, SMART TV, and bookcase full of books are all supplied.

Balcony has lovely views across the Devon hills.

The two bedrooms have double beds and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space (hangers supplied) has lovely views. There are two shower rooms with powerful showers. All bed linen, bath and hand towels supplied.

Private secluded courtyard parking for your car.

Our local housekeeper provides 24 hour emergency cover.

On your arrival you will find your Welcome Pack of a traditional cream tea.

For the kitchen we supply dishwasher and laundry tablets, linen tea-towels and hand towel.

Please bring your own beach towels (not supplied with the cottage).

We are always delighted to welcome overseas visitors to our properties and over the last 4 years we have had the pleasure of guests from USA, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Shanghai, Switzerland, Belgium, Singapore and Denmark. So if you are thinking of spending some time in Devon why not come and stay at one of our properties in Croyde.

“Lovely accommodation, perfect spot.”

The Granary was lovely! Much bigger than it looks on the photos, with all we needed for a great week. Right next to village centre but soon quiet and tucked away. Very comfortable throughout, well furnished throughout. Will be back.
