"Villa Maria", immersa nel cuore verde delle colline conversanesi, facilmente raggiungibile in auto o in bicicletta (dista circa 1 Km. dal centro città) offre ai suoi ospiti una vacanza all’insegna del relax, della tranquillità e della riservatezza. Finemente arredata è composta da: - 1 ampia camera da letto matrimoniale; - 1 camera da letto doppia; - 1 soggiorno (con divano letto); - Cucina completa; - Bagno confortevole con doccia; - Doccia all'aperto; - Ampia veranda coperta (con tende). Ideale per 2/4 persone, è inoltre dotata di ogni comfort: Internet Wi-Fi, climatizzatore, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo, forno elettrico e forno a microonde, biancheria da letto e da bagno, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, pentole e stoviglie, macchina da caffè e ampio parcheggio per posto auto.
E' doveroso segnalare che nel nostro Comune viene applicata la "Tassa di Soggiorno" nella misura di € 1,00 a persona, e per ogni pernottamento. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni e gli invalidi con comprovata certificazione medica.
Villa "Maria" è vicinissima alle rinomate spiagge di Polignano a Mare (7 Km.) e di Monopoli (15 Km.). Trascorri la tua vacanza di mare nella fresca atmosfera della campagna pugliese. Nei Dintorni: Da Conversano è semplicissimo raggiungere molte delle più importanti destinazioni turistiche della Puglia : le Grotte di Castellana , Polignano a Mare con il suo borgo antico, lo Zoosafari di Fasano, l'incantevole Valle d'Itria con i Trulli di Alberobello (patrimonio UNESCO), la città di Monopoli con diversi siti storici archeologici medievali e rinascimentali, Cisternino uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia, Ostuni la città bianca, Bari con il suo centro storico e la Basilica di San Nicola, Lecce con la sua arte barocca, il Salento con le sue bellissime coste, San Giovanni Rotondo con il Santuario di Padre Pio, Matera con i suoi rinomati Sassi (patrimonio UNESCO).

“Exceeded all our expectation!!”
We had a fantastic stay. The hosts we not just welcoming they made you feel like you had known them a long time. They went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Villa Maria is a beautiful place to stay. It has every amenity you could want. It is very well furnished and comfortable. The outside areas were a lovely place to relax after sightseeing all day. I hope to return one day.
