Situated a few meters from the beach and the sea this apartment for rent on daily or monthly basis includes 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, living room with sofabed with room to add an extra bed, a spacious balcony with outdoor table and chairs and a spectacular seaview, a/c, heating, basic amenities like kitchenware, linen and toiletteries plus a washing machine ,microave, toaster, electric kettle, wi fi and free garage parking. You DO NOT need to cross the road to go to the gust friendly beach and the sea. All you need to do is to walk through the fine garden at the front of the building. With easy access to the bus stop, rent a car, taxi offices and to nearby hotel shuttles and all the hotel activities including water sports and hotel organised special theme nights (eg Cyprus night, BBQ night etc).It is situated within a few minutes walking distance to local restaurants and fish taverns, super markets, a russian and polish mini market and shops and to the Cyprus Tourism Organisation beach and restaurant. Easy access to the city centre and sightseeing. Excellent for both summer and winter holidays due to the perfect climate of the island and easy access all over the island including the mountain resorts, the major cities, archaeological sites and natural parks.

At a 5 minutes walking distance either along the beach or the road on left hand side one can reach the Cyprus Tourism Organisation with a fine beach, ideal for adults and children and a very good CTO restaurant and on the right hand side either from the beach or the road one can reach 3 luxurious hotels and have access all to their activities, and their shuttles. At 10- 15 km is the city centre , the airport, and all the important the sights of this district.

Safe sea and safe neighbourhood with plenty of things to do you will never get bored whether a senior an adult or a child.

Guests can find many good restaurants and some tourist shops and mini markets as well as three luxurious hotels ( and have easy access to water sports and organised entertainment and special theme evenings) and the Cyprus Tourism Organisation beach and restaurant as well as a bus stop within walking distance. The city centre and sightseeing are easily accessible by buss or taxi. A car is recommended. There is a local rent a car office as well

great place to stay right on the beach was very reasonable and had a good feel about it - was clean and greatly placed . had great amenities and owners very helpful
