Spectacular Apartment, big balcony with a fantastic view, 1 block north from Swiss Hotel, 10th floor. Fully furnished, 1 master, 1 ½ baths, washer/Dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, high speed internet, 24 hour security, key-card for elevator.

Fully equipped one bedroom apartment, Queen bed with black out curtains in bedroom for late sleeping if needed!, a stunning and awesome 10th floor balcony overlooking Mount Pichincha and Quito city. For people who want to be close to the excitement this location is ideal and also you will find a quiet place to sleep at night. It is within walking distance of Plaza Foch, within one or two blocks you will find many great restaurants and bars, a grocery store, farmers market, drugstore, shops. It is also very easy to catch a taxi right out front to head to any other area of the city. The building itself is very secure.

Right if front of the building there is plenty of public transportation and taxis, which are very cheap. Within three blocks there is La Ecovia Station.

Thank you for requesting my apartment. You are welcome to stay at my place from Oct 22nd to Nov 21st 2017. Quito has the perfect weather, it is a nice and quite place to live, very cheap and there is a lot of beautiful nature to see and visit. My apartment is in the middle of everything: Swissotel and Plaza Fosh. Also near my apartment you will find Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana, at this Center there is often many concerts and musical presentations. Within 2 or 3 blocks there is a lot of good restaurants. Right if front of the building there is plenty of public transportation and taxis. Welcome to Quito, Best regards, Mildred Vega
