Come and take a little break from all the hustle and bustle of the city and away from all the local tourism. Instead enjoy some privacy at this Cozy Country Cabin conveniently located just minutes off I-40 near Bass Pro Shops and the Smokies Stadium. This cabin is just 20 miles from Knoxville, The University of Tennessee and Neyland Stadium as well as just 20 miles to Pigeon Forge and only 30 miles to Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountains.

Enjoy a rustic getaway with your family and friends without all the distractions of downtown crowds, traffic and tourism. Instead, make new memories with outdoor activities or just sit and relax on the porch swing, or take a dip in the hot tub. Later, cross the creek and enjoy an evening of smores and reminiscing at the Fire pit in a private wooded paradise and be ready for a fresh start in the morning.

-Book over 7 days for a 10% discount. Book over 30 days for a 25% discount.

-This is a multi-unit home and your hosts, the homeowners reside in an attached suite with a separate private entrance. You are not sharing space with the homeowner.

-2 bedroom "kind of" - 1 King and 1 Double Bed. The upstairs is all open with 2 separate areas that have the 2 different beds. We say "kind of" because there is no physical wall separating the two "bedrooms". Extra large Lofted bedroom with stairwell dividing the beds

-1 bathroom with Jetted Tub

-Outdoor Hot Tub

-open Wifi and Direct-TV

-Laundry Facilities

-There are stairs in this cabin to the sleeping area

-Full sized kitchen with refrigerator, full-size stove, Microwave

-Completely Off-street parking. Ample parking for car/truck enthusiasts and your trailer

-No Pets at this time please

-Strict NO SMOKING POLICY (inside or out)

-# of people: We charge $15 per person per night over 4 people.

-Fully furnished with bed sheets and covers, towels, window coverings, couch, kitchen table and chairs, fans, lamps, dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, kitchen utensils, Big yard and wooded area totaling 6.4 acres!

-We don't mind interacting but definitely can give you privacy.

-On occasion you may see white tailed deer or turkeys roaming around.

Note: Excellent cell service as well as TV and DVD, movies and board games on site for those rainy days.

(Note: No indoor shower at this time but instead enjoy a wonderful "outdoor shower" as well as an "indoor jetted bath tub" for soaking in)

In effort to keep your costs at a minimum, no additional cleaning fees are applied to this cabin at this time. In return, please be courteous and respectful to the property and enjoy your stay. NOTE: We do have a $45 insurance policy in lieu of a security deposit and Airbnb mis-labels that as cleaning.

We do require guests to provide a non-channel specific email, billing address, and sign a standard rental contract electronically. Please inquire prior to booking to get the details.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Strict: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival.

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to listing's local check in time. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

That being said we like to try and accommodate changing schedules and work with our guests. So what we typically like to do in the case of a cancellation request, when request is at least 30 days out, is refund 50%, and then make your dates available. In the case of less than 30 days out, we can still make your dates available, just not issue the 50% up front refund. Then if we are able to book your dates with another guest we can issue you the difference minus the credit card booking (4%) and chargeback processing (4%) fees, loss of rent due to replacement booking (if there is any loss and no credit if there is a gain in rent), and a one-time $50 cancellation charge. Being that our place is so popular, and if the cancellation request is far enough out, it is usually not an issue to re-book your dates to someone else.

My family and I stayed for a weekend and the house was awesome. Clean, lots of space, the pool table was in really good condition, we would stay here again and recommend the place to all my friends.

How do damage deposits work?
