Description

This easy living, free flowing beautiful home perches on the hill overlooking the waters of Langebaan, the greenbelts that weave through the area (allowing animals to roam freely) & out to the Atlantic.

Facing the sun, the house is always warm & bright, with private living spaces, peaceful & quiet while frequently visited by the local animals (buck, tortoises & birds).

Architecturally designed, the house has a unique feel that feeds the soul, has great entertainment areas & comfortable living.

The space

NB - departure time on last day is only 8PM so you have the whole day to enjoy!

3 of the 4 bedrooms open onto a large covered patio over-looking the garden, greenbelt and lagoon. Each bedroom is en-suite with shower and toilet and have been specially laid out for families with children, young or old, or just for a group of adults.

The main bedroom is upstairs with great views and a large king sized bed.

The large family kitchen with central table, leads onto a fantastic outside-inside patio/braai room and living room. Folding doors between each allow for spaces to be adapted to suit your needs at any given time - like kids watching TV and adults around the kitchen braai, for example.

The house has a separate scullery and laundry plus a secure large garage.

Garden and lawn areas are perfect for washing and drying kiting and sports gear, there is plenty of parking for cars, motor and sailing boats.

The living space to all rooms and the garden are completely private from neighbours.

The small pool is warm all year round due to the position and is great for cooling off after activities on the lagoon or just for splashing around.

The greenbelt to the front of the garden is a wild space that weaves through from the national park area so has many small buck, tortoises, mongoose, guinea fowls and many other visitors each day, which the owners encourage with respect and admiration for their environment.

The house has a small office work area upstairs with wifi and printer should the need arise for work to be done.

The entire space is wonderfully relaxing and the perfect get away for a busy or a chilled holiday.

Guest access

The only space not accessible on the property is a storeroom within the house and the underground basement - where the garden equipment is stored.

Interaction with guests

Keys will handed over and a short tour of the house given on arrival.

Help and suggestions are available for all sorts of local activities.

Other things to note

Langebaan has a vast list of activities that can be taken advantage of while visiting. These can be very seasonal so it is ideal to visit the Khoisands Lodge actual website to get details of best times of the year and best activities.

A link to show interest in any particular activity can be found on the site as well and from there the property manager will be able to assist as necessary.

There is so much to do - sailing, kiting, kayaking, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, walking, hiking, tours, swimming, paddling, bird watching, photography, wine tours, restaurants, shopping, sun bathing, horse riding etc....... We can make suggestions and point you in the right direction. We can organise a chef service if requested far in advance We can organise cleaning staff is pre arranged and depending on availability

How do damage deposits work?
