Be among the first to discover this unspoilt corner of paradise in the Chiriqui Peninsula, home to five of Panama's beautiful national parks and marine and forest reserves. This beautiful, very private retreat boasts panoramic views and direct access to a beautiful beach and sheltered bay. Located in Playa Hermosa, Boca Chica, within the security of a gated community, it is only 45 minutes from Panama’s second largest city, David.
From your doorstep, you can enjoy island hopping in an archipelago of unexplored islands, or you can choose to soak in the sun on your very own private beach. The neighboring Chiriqui National Marine Park abounds in diverse marine life, with an astonishing array of fish and marine plant species. Watersports such as kayaking, waterskiing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sport fishing or deep sea fishing, are just some of the activities to enjoy.
For a change of scene, Boquete, a small town nestled in the Chiriqui highlands, offers many fascinating day excursions that can include hiking, rafting, visiting the Baru Volcano National Park, coffee plantations and many other breathtaking sights. The rainforest has a great trail for birding enthusiasts, with the chance to catch sight of some of the brightest, most colourful birds, including the magnificent quetzal.

Completed in 2015, San Dollar Villa offers the very best modern facilities, including a spectacular covered terrace and swimming pool with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and the Chiriqui archipelago, and spectacular sunsets.
A Scavolini-designed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end hardware for budding chefs. The spacious dining room and living room, with beamed elevated ceilings, offer marvelous ocean views and can comfortably seat eight guests.
Two bedrooms with queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms are luxuriously appointed. There is also an attached guest suite with private access, which includes a sitting room, double bedroom and full bathroom.
The property also includes a double garage, and has an automatically activated high capacity back up generator. It is surrounded with beautifully landscaped grounds with a stairway leading to the beach.
