Elegant and comfortable 3 bedrooms home, TNC Executive Villa is available as a 3 bedrooms rental. The property is located in the gated community of Richmond Estate Priory St. Ann Jamaica, just 55 minutes from Montego Bay and 15 minutes outside of Ocho Rios.

The villa comfortably sleeps 1-6 persons and is suitable for friends, families and business professionals. This self-catering Villa offers all the modern amenities you expect in your home away from home: fully-equipped kitchen, living, office, dining area, and AC in all rooms and enclosed patio, free private parking, washer, dryer, wireless internet, along with beautiful tropical landscaping, thrilling views of the Caribbean Sea and a captivating backdrop of the mountains.

How do damage deposits work?

If Trevor N (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
