Description

Mountain Sunrise Villa 1 is a well established property situated in a quiet residential area in the village of Ovacik, Oludeniz (Olu Deniz). The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and is comfortably furnished with 2 living areas.

This villa is on 3 levels affording enough space and comfort for 2 families to stay together and still have separate living quarters. It is very comfortably furnished and most bedrooms have their own balcony or access to the huge terrace that surrounds the property to 3 sides. In the main open plan living area there is comfortable seating and dining table and chairs, on this level there is a well equipped kitchen with oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. There is also a cloakroom on this level.

Newly redecorated and re tiled may 2018, there is a spacious lounge area and a cupboard that houses the washing machine, there is a double bedroom with en suite, this room also has a zed bed and a twin room with a separate bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a further 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin both have en suites.

tHE VİLLA İS ALSO ALARMED.

To the rear of the villa is a stunning newly tiled crystal clear swimming pool surrounded by a private garden and boundary wall. The large terrace accessed from the kitchen and living room overlooks the pool and sunbathing area with a tidy brick built bbq found within the garden area.

The villa will be ready for your arrival, it is a self catering holiday, if you stay 10 days or more a mid stay clean is provided , beds will be made with frsh linens and fresh towels will be left. for a 3 week stay there will be two mid stay cleans.

Extra cleans can be provided and booked whilst in resort and paid locally.

All amenities are in walking distance from the villa, but Dolmus (local bus) goes to Oludeniz beach, Fethiye and Hisaronu very cheaply.
