Description
Lemon Tree Cottage lies at the southern tip of the Peleponese, just 5 mins from the lively Finikounda. The house is attractively decorated and is ideal for 2 or 3 guests.However a 4th folding bed [ child's] can be added if required,but it will limit the space in this room.
The house is situated in the quiet settlement of Grizokambos and is surrounded by a large private garden with dedicated parking. There are many places to sit outside with shade. There is also a sun terrace with panoramic views down to the sea.The nearest beach is sandy and great for swimming and is only 3 min away by car. Many other beautiful beaches are within easy reach There is also a wonderful tropical beach bar [Sabia]close by. The historical towns of Methoni, Pylos and Koroni with their castles all lie within a 10 to 20 min drive. You could also take a boat trip to visit the nearby islands. In this area you can swim , windsurf , dive, fish and cycle or simply relax and let the world go by while eating and drinking at some of the wonderful Tavernas and bars nearby.We also offer books and games for children as well as an inflatable 2 person kayak which is available on request
Inside the house it is very comfortable,artistic and clean. There is an attractive double bedroom with king size double bed, air conditioning and plenty of storage space. It is equipped with satalite TV [depending on month] and this room enjoys 2 windows with pull down insect screens and fold back shutters to keep the room light and airy. The bathroom is new with shower, sink and toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with electric stove[rings and oven], electric kettle, coffee machine , electric toaster and all utensils required for cooking and eating.The second bedroom [reception room] has a built in single bed with wardrobe but is also a suitable space for indoor dining if preferred, with its own table and also has 2 windows with insect screen and shutters .A 4th bed can be added if requested. All windows have views over the gardens and surrounding countryside. The whole house and garden is for your own use exclusively.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Depending on the week we may or may not be available. If we are not available our friend will be able to help if necessary.If we are available it would be our pleasure to meet you and hopefully pass on our knowledge of the area to you.
Other things to note
If we are available we will be staying in our garden annex but will not intrude on our guests space. Also the sat TV will be available during the Summer months.
