Barleyholme provides cosy cottage style accommodation with all modern conveniences in a quiet cul de sac location, perfect for a relaxing break. The private courtyard garden offers a pleasant area to sit and relax with its garden seating. The house is located near Beverley beck and is within a 15 minute walk into the historic market town of Beverley. The new Flemingate centre, with its array of shops, cafes, restaurants and cinema is within 10 minutes walk. Parking is provided on the private driveway.

“Lovely little cottage”

Love this little cottage and it’s position. Easy walk into Beverley with its numerous coffee shops/eateries. Have stayed here before snd decided to visit again as have relatives in the area.

“Great place to stay.”

The house is very cosy and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. It has an enclosed back yard which is great to sit in on an evening and is very safe for dogs. Beverley beck is at the end of the street and is a lovely walk for both humans and dogs. It's easy to get to the east coast from Barleyholme and there are some great forest walks nearby which are smashing on very hot days. I will definitely recommend Barleyholme to my family and friends.

“peaceful spot but near to plenty of things to do”

“Lovely house”

We had a lovely few days at this very comfortable, nicely decorated house. It is equipped with everything you could need. Communication with Lynn about checking in was excellent and the welcome pack a lovely gesture. Having parking on the drive was a bonus. There is a lovely sunny garden at the back. There are nice, friendly neighbours. It is a quiet location with an easy, level walk into town. We would happily return when visiting the area again.

How do damage deposits work?
