An authentic mansion, fully renovated with taste, straddles the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and Chalonnaise coast, up to 12 people. The location of the manor in the heart of Burgundy, will allow your family or friends, discover the charm of this region, its gastronomy, its largest vineyards and typical villages. The house has 6 double bedrooms, 5 with private bathroom. In the kitchen, cooking piano "Falcon", a dishwasher, an American fridge and a Nespresso machine are available. Enjoy your stay in two rooms each featuring a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a refined decoration. The mansion is surrounded by a one hectare park, offering a quiet instead. In spring and summer you can also enjoy the garden and its trees. near the shops such as bakery and grocery store and a gourmet restaurant are easily accessible on foot.

“Ideal French Vacation”
We found Manoir de Puyval to be spacious, comfortable and convenient for our two week stay. Our family found ample quiet places to read, work, play and talk. Bedrooms were large with well appointed bathrooms. The kitchen made for easy food preparation to feed our large group. We all ate together in the kitchen or formal dining room. The convenient laundry room made dealing with laundry of 5 children, 5yrs and under, a breeze. The location of the home is hard to beat. We walked to a bakery every morning. Wineries were close by and cases of wine were carried home easily. 1/2 day or day trips to Lyon, Dijon, Beaune, Chagny, etc., were simple and direct. The owner was very responsive from day one. She promptly answered every email and helped us with all questions. We had a wonderful time and felt the house was perfect for us. Everyone of us would highly recommend it and would love to revisit Manoir de Puyval.

Sorry to hear that your friends didn't inform you in advance about the different rooms available in the manor. There is indeed one room with ensuite bathroom that is a little smaller, but the total surface of that room with its private bathroom is 20 m², which is still larger than the standard rooms you'll find in the area.
