NEW Penthouse of one bedroom apartment with a living room and open kitchen, a bathroom and 60 square meters of Teracce.
Belle Haven Luxury Apartments propose only top of the line apartments, at less than 5 minutes walking from the famous beach Trou aux Biches, and less than 5 minutes walking from Mont Choisy beach. You will enjoy the swimming pool of the building and the sunbeds around. You will be welcome in the day by Nicholas, the concierge, who will be at your service everyday. A security guard will assure the security of the condominium everynight. The penthouse has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, ironer, clean towels and beach towels, a big closet. A sofa bed and TV in the living room, with an open kitchen, with kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator. At last, but not the least, 2 terraces, one of 60 m² with outdoor shower, table and benches and 2 sunbeds, in a seaside decoration, and view on the ocean, with an outstanding sunset every evening. BBQ on the terrace. Washing machine without any surcharge in the basement of the building.
