Casale Fralisa is an ancient villa very bright and refined. It enjoys an important position thanks to its elegant architecture, the furniture and its splendid sea view. The large terrace overlooking the sea and the private garden with a sea view jacuzzi, perfectly complement the beauty of this ancient farmhouse.
The villa is organized on 3 floors:
GROUND FLOOR
• 2 double bedrooms (bed size 160x190), one is accessible through the other or from the external courtyard;
• 1 private bathroom with shower (en suite)
FIRST FLOOR - accessible from the GROUND FLOOR going up 8 steps
• Garden and main terrace, fully equipped with garden table, sunbeds, BBQ, outdoor shower and jacuzzi with sea view. Please note: the pool needs about 24 hours to warm up.
• Large open plan living room with two wall sofas, a sofa bed (sofa bed size 160x190) and an old brick fireplace (wood available on request)
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
• 1 bathroom with shower
• 1 laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board
UPPER FLOOR - accessible from the FIRST FLOOR going up 12 steps
• Very panoramic terrace, equipped with garden table and deck chairs
• Double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with access to the private terrace overlooking the sea
• 1 bathroom with shower
Casale Fralisa is in a strategic position: from the property it is easy to access all the main services of Praiano. The accommodation is accessible from the street level, crossing a small pedestrian path and climbing about 60 steps. Private parking is available on request for a fee and is just 150 meters from the property.
Within a few steps, there are:
• 3 restaurants / bars (Moressa, Kasai, M'ama)
• Grocery store (Tutto per Tutti)
• Local bus stop - about 50 mt
• SITA bus stop - about 200 mt
• Main beach of Praiano, La Praia (20 minutes on foot)

We are glad that you have been satisfied with our staffs help during your stay and thank you for informing us about some issues at the house. We are sorry for the mold, all the houses in Praiano are in the rock and therefore it is unavoidable to have some issues. By keeping the window closed in the bathroom or the ventilator switched off during the showers, you end up having mold. Generally our housekeeping are very careful to clean and therefore to minimize the possible inconvenience. The garden. Fumigation is made every year and several times a year. Praiano is on the sea and full of greenery. On the humid days the ants unfortunately cannot be completely avoided (in the garden above all), because all around the coast the farmers avoid to choose strong pesticides in order to protect the gardens. In any case, when our customers make us aware of the problem during their stay, we intervene with appropriate products to keep the problem to a minimum. Please apologize for the inconvenice caused. We have been very glad to meet and host you here at Casale Fralisa and hope to see you soon again and we finally invite all families to continue to choose the Amalfi Coast for their kids - of all the ages, as maybe, it is one of the last still quiet and safe place in the world! .
