Description

On the edge of the city park, in the center of Oudenaarde, we built a pleasant passive house in 2017, with bicycle storage, a terrace and a sunny garden. Later we will live there ourselves. Ideal base for exploring the Flemish Ardennes, with its Tour of Flanders slopes and extensive hiking network. 600 m train station: trains to Ghent (30 min), Brussels (60 min), Bruges (60 min) Our newly built passive house (timber frame) was finished in July 2017. On the ground floor. Strongly insulated, with active, constant air exchange and therefore a pleasant indoor climate. There is a small patio that is accessible from the living room and a bedroom. There is also fast WiFi and a home cinema system. There are hiking maps available and we can tip you over the most special places in the region. We are here to receive and wave you goodbye. We are happy to give you information about nature, walking and cycling in the region. Marc is nature guide and guide at guide association Vlaamse Ardennen Extra. We speak Dutch, French, English, German, Italian and Spanish.
