Description

Accommodation classified as "Interior Tourism". The one bedroom apartment has a capacity of up to 2 Adults + 1 kid until 14 years old (master bedroom with a double bed, also has a sofa bed in the living room). Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It's located on the first floor without lift. We do not recommend this apartment for families with small children in push chairs, due to the narrow nature of the stairs, but we can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Fully equiped and stylish apartment, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equiped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. One bathroom with shower.

No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born.

“Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art.

Rules:

- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.

-Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean.

-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.

"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.

NOTE: The apartment is located in an area for residents only. For the access to the property by car, it is necessary to ask for an ACIRE driving license. We will give you the instructions when you make your reservation.
