Recently renovated, this 3 bed 2 bath house is located in a central and vibrant neighborhood with shops and services. Banks, a hospital, supermarkets as well as clothing and shoe stores are within walking distance. Two amazing hosts will go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay and everything you need.

Bedrooms have 3 super comfortable beds (1 king, 1 queen, and 1 queen-size convertible futon). Back and front patios with natural fencing provide privacy in case you want to enjoy the Cypriot sun or eat outside.

The house is located in the Strovolos area, on a quiet street 10 minutes by car from downtown. For families with kids interested in longer term arrangements, the area boasts some of the best public schools in the city as well as Falcon school, a private anglophone school.

Wireless internet is included.

Cleaning service once or twice a week is available upon request and payable on site.

Dassoupolis and the greater area of Strovolos where the house is located is a vibrant neighborhood with shops, coffee shops and bars and other services. It is only 2-3 minutes from the highway and 5-8 minutes away from the largest cluster of shopping malls in Nicosia. It is also an 8-10 minute car ride from downtown.

A public bus route traveling to downtown Nicosia is located a block away from the house. Downtown is also a 8-10 euros taxi ride.

The house is less than 5 minutes away from the Kapnos Shuttle station where you can pick a private shuttle to the Larnaca airport for about 13 euros.

A friendly and trusted neighbor occasionally helps our guests with car rides. We're happy to introduce you when you arrive.
