Apartment in a semi-detached villa, panoramic terrace with sea view, suitable for families with children, free wi-fi, TV, garden, private parking, possible public bus service at the entrance, not far from the center of Muggia with connections by land and sea with Trieste and various locations in Slovenian and Croatian Istria. Animals are not allowed. The property is located about 1 km from the town center and is located 350 meters from a pizzeria with double wood-burning oven that also provides restaurant service.

Getting around

Moving on foot is not a problem, given the proximity to the center, from which it is possible to get to Trieste with a motor vessel from which there is a short trip by sea (about 25-30 minutes) to reach the center of Trieste, where you can visit museums, churches (Orthodox, Catholic or a synagogue), the San Giusto Castle, the Roman Theater, walk to Piazza Unità (the largest seaside square in Europe) and many other points of interest not to mention the typical places where you they can taste the local cuisine. There is also a unique beach of its kind with a division of Men and Women industry (bath with Lantern) In neighboring Slovenia there are facilities that offer Spas, Saunas.

Interaction with guest

The owner lives in the lower apartment and normally receives the guests personally for the keys, the remote control of the main gate and for the main indications on the use of the apartment and its facilities as well as a small welcome present. Upon arrival, the apartment is delivered ready for residence and a change of linen (sheets and towels) is provided every 6 days; a washing machine is available in the laundry for guests who wish to wash their clothes.

The holder of the reservation must be of age, we do not require security deposits for damages, the apartment is independent and can have parties in accordance with the property; the apartment is on the upper floor of a two-storey villa and guests are autonomous, equipped with remote control for the opening of the main gate and two copies of keys. Parking in the courtyard of the property is large and allows the 2 car parking.
