This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom villa has stunning views overlooking Latchi Harbour/Marina and Chrysochou Bay. Furnished to the highest standard and includes, selectable air conditioning, contemporary fittings, quality appliances & a modern well equipped kitchen. The open plan villa comprises of a dining area with seating for 8 and the lounge has a large modern corner sofa, TV with UK channels available & Wi Fi Internet. The Villa has 1 double and one twin bedroom plus a family room which has a double and one single bed, the master bedroom has an en suite and there is a separate bathroom.
'Al Fresco' dining is a must on the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the bay and Troodos Mountains, a long leisurely lunch or evening meal with friends watching the sun go down is the perfect way to finish your day.
Steps lead down to a spacious pool deck equipped with sun loungers and BBQ. The good sized pool is so inviting on those hot sunny days and during the cooler months the *pool can be heated at an additional cost which is paid on arrival.
Situated in a private Cul-de-sac where it is one of only two exclusive villas and is located within walking distance of the Cypriot village 'Neo Chorio' which has two great local tavernas serving a selection of delicious traditional Greek Cypriot food. Also located within approximately a 5 minute drive to Latchi village and Polis town, which both host an array of appetising restaurants and shops. The nearby town of Paphos is included in the UNESCO list of world heritage sites and is the 2017 City of Culture.
