Scenic 3-bedroom villa for 6 guests in the heart of the Pollença hills, only 6km to the beach and 4.5km to the centre of town!

Located among private gardens, this one-story property features all the amenities you would find at home, including a rustic-yet-cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three cozy bedrooms. Dine under the chandelier in the kitchen or enjoy a family meal in the well-lit dining room.

Large double doors lead out to the covered side terrace, and a separate door from the kitchen provides access to the covered front porch. The exquisite stone patio features an al-fresco dining area where you can sample local Mallorca dishes that you prepared on your own stone barbecue, as well as a shaded lounge area with sofas. After basking in the sun on the sun loungers, scale the Roman steps into your private pool (9m x 6m, depth from 1m to 2.4m) for a refreshing swim under the Mediterranean sun.

Back inside Casa Bene, follow the hallway to find the master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the patio and swimming pool. There are two additional bedrooms (each with two single beds), one of which has a private ensuite bathroom, plus one additional hall bathroom. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.

Guests of Casa Bene can enjoy proximity to local amenities such as supermarkets (3.2km away), restaurants (4.6km away), and the local town of Pollensa (4.6km away). Recreational activities are also close y and include the beach (5.7km), Puerto Pollensa (4.5km), Cala St. Vicente (4.7km), and a golf course (7.8km).

Cleaning Policy Update:

1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.

2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.

3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins.

4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.

5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and cleaned.

6) All beds and pillows have protective covers.

7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason.

8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice.

9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property.
