Description
Cosy village house in the beautiful town of Campanet, on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, with capacity for 6 guests.
This is the best place to interact with the locals and learn about the Majorcan traditions at the same time that you enjoy peace in a beautiful pedestrian street embellished by plantas and flowers. The house features a very special patio that includes a spectacular private chlorine pool that measures 6 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.3 to 1.4 meters.. There is a fabulous barbecue area at one side of the patio, also equipped with a dining table and some antic sinks, as well as the sliding glass door to enjoy the good weather equally. Outside you will also find a shower bathroom. At the other side of the patio you will find the accommodation itself.
It is a large village house with neighbours on each side, with 120 m2 distributed over three floors where the traditional architectural elements such as the stone walls and the traditional Mallorcan arch are mixed with the comforts of today. Entering from the street we find a large living-dining-kitchen area where you will be able to share great moments with your loved ones. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs where you can watch satellite TV, if you wish, next to the wood cooker on the coldest days, the dining table with capacity for 6 people, and a well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven and microwave among others. In the house you will also find a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the basement you will find a second room equipped with a desk, in case you need to work remotely. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has two double beds and the others have a double bed each. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. A bathroom with bathtub completes the first floor.
Campanet is a wonderful village on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It presents the basic services for an independent stay, as well as bars and restaurants and a great social life. A street market takes place on Tuesdays and Saturdays where you can buy seasonal local products. In addition, it is also the starting point of several hiking and cycling routes. Inca is a nearby city where you will find shops and supermarkets, and all you may need. The beach of Muro is only 17.8 km away from the property. It is a fine sandy beach with crystalline waters- If you love playing golf the nearest course is only 15 km away in Pollensa.
