150 sqm house.

Interior uses Eclectic concept, with 4 seasons theme in each bedroom.

A spacious living room with sofa bed, a TV above the fireplace and a rocking chair in the corner will make you feel warm and cozy.

A bright and fully equipped kitchen for standard cooking is available for you to use. You can ask me for the kitchen list, i'll be happy to send it to you.

The dining area has an access to the backside of the house where you can have your BBQ.

(We provide the utensil, you should bring your own coal & meat please )

There's a view to the forest and mountain from the master bedroom.

1. Be extra nice to our housekeepers, they are our family who also live next door.

Response from the owner Hallo Cynthia, Terima kasih untuk waktunya menulis review untuk kami. Mohon maaf untuk pengalaman yg kurang berkenan. Izinkan kami memberikan klarifikasi untuk hal2 tsb. karena sepertinya Cynthia tidak membaca house rules dan description yang telah saya berikan linknya via wa ketika booking. 1. Bbrp tugas bu Ami dan pak Maman adalah menyambut tamu, serah terima kunci, membersihkan villa saat pergantian tamu, menyediakan linen, handuk, galon, gas, dan perlengkapan standar lainnya. Mereka memiliki jam kerja. Pak maman bukan bertugas sebagai satpam yang standby kapan saja yang mungkin Cynthia kira. Selain menjaga villa, mereka pun memiliki tugas mengurus anggrek ayah saya di nursery sebelah rumah mereka dan juga mencari tambahan dengan membuka warung di depan. Dan mereka masih keluarga saya. Jika ada permintaan bantuan untuk hal2 lainnya tentu bisa dilakukan, namun bukan menjadi prioritas utama. Apalagi saat malam hari ketika waktunya mereka istirahat. Mungkin ketika Cynthia datang utk check in dan memencet bel, pak Maman sedang melakukan sesuatu jadi tdk bisa langsung membukakan (kalian datang pk 19.37) Sehingga salah satu dari kalian hrs buka gerbang sendiri (yang sering saya dan tamu lain lakukan juga sendiri dengan mudah). Namun dari cctv yg menghadap carport saya bisa melihat ketika mobil baru saja masuk & parkir pak Maman lsg muncul dan menunggu utk menyambut kalian. (Please do correct me if i'm wrong). But i think this one is ok. "Menjaga mobil" bukan termasuk dalam tugasnya, rasanya tidak perlu juga karena sudah di dalam gerbang tertutup. Untuk arang, sudah saya tuliskan di description  listing kami yg saya kirimkan ke Cynthia, "We provide the BBQ utensil, but you should bring your own coal & meat please:) " Di description tripadvisor pun ada. Jadi hal ini sbnrnya bisa dihindari dan memang bukan tugas pak Maman untuk membelikan pada malam hari. Untuk meminta sesuatu yg urgent saya dan tamu lain yg menginap memang biasa ke sebelah saja dan mengetok. Rumahnya toh bbrp langkah saja, hampir menempel. Karena mereka tidak memegang hp setiap saat. Maaf jika Cynthia merasa yg diberikan adalah bad service. Bbrp villa yg saya kunjungi pengurusnya tinggalnya tidak 1 tempat dengan villa. Sehingga harus menunggu keesokan harinya kalau ada apa2. Jadi memang setiap villa berbeda. Mungkin Cynthia lebih cocok dengan hotel kalau begitu dengan 24h service :) 2. Check out time kami adalah 11.00. Again, ini pun ada di link description yang saya kirim lewat wa dan diulang kembali di form yang Cynthia isi sendiri. Jadi ketika saya wa jam 11.38 menegur Cynthia, karena memang sudah telat setengah jam. Ini atas permohonan ibu Ami yang melihat kalian masih santai. Chat 11.40 masih nyambung dari yg pertama, dimana saya kasih kelonggaran sampai maximal jam12.00 dengan penekanan dan permohonan jam12 sudah di luar rumah. Karena pengalaman yg sudah2 ketika dikasih kelonggaran waktu, tamu yg santai akan tetap santai krn diberi tambahan waktu. Lalu tamu berikutnya datang on time & mengkritik villa yg belum siap. Dan akhirnya Cynthia pulang jam12.15 (menurut cctv) Setelah saya tegur utk kedua kalinya ketika tdk melihat ada pergerakan siap2 ke mobil (with an emoticon senyum berkeringat) ketika sudah jam12 lebih. Mungkin untuk Cynthia tidak berarti, tapi bagi mereka yg bersih2 setiap menitnya berarti. Saya tau krn beberapa kali saya sendiri ikut rusuh bersih2 saat pergantian tamu. Memang kalau 15 menit saja telat pasti dimaklumi, namun ini 1jam lebih dan jika saya tidak menegur 2x mungkin saja baru keluar jam13.00. Saya tidak mau mengambil resiko. Setiap villa maupun hotel memiliki aturan check in dan check out yg berbeda. Dan mereka pasti mengharapkan tamunya on time khususnya utk check out, jika tidak pasti akan ditegur. Jadi aturan waktu ini tidak bisa diasumsikan saja oleh tamu. Bahkan ada yg menerapkan charge utk late check out, krn memang membuat pihak owner/manajemen stress. Waktu untuk cleaning villa dan hotel yang hanya 1 kamar tidak bisa disamakan yaa. Lain halnya jika ada kesepakatan utk late check out, biasanya saya berikan ko kadang sampe jam13 jika memang belum ada tamu lagi yg booking. Di sini kan kita tidak ada kesepakatan sebelumnya dan ada tamu lagi yang mau check in :)

How do damage deposits work?
