Esta increíble villa rural de 300m2 en una parcela de 30000m2 ha sido restaurada respetuosamente manteniendo su auténtico estilo ibicenco. Está situada en Benimussa, el amplio y pintoresco valle del campo de San José. Su situación estratégica hace que las distancias a las playas más bonitas del sureste de la isla así como a los pueblos de San José y San Antonio sean muy cortas. La casa se encuentra a 10 minutos del pueblo de San José y a 8 minutos de San Antonio.
Esta increíble villa rural de 300m2 en una parcela de 30000m2 ha sido restaurada respetuosamente manteniendo su auténtico estilo ibicenco. Está situada en Benimussa, el amplio y pintoresco valle del campo de San José. Su situación estratégica hace que las distancias a las playas más bonitas del sureste de la isla así como a los pueblos de San José y San Antonio sean muy cortas. La casa está a 10 minutos del pueblo de San José y a 8 minutos de San Antonio.
La propiedad se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo y apacible, con un cuidado jardín con césped real y árboles frutales. Desde sus terrazas se puede disfrutar de amplias vistas al valle y a los campos de cultivo y desde el jardín y el comedor, de espectaculares vistas al mar y a la puesta de sol.
Tiene capacidad para 10 personas. Dispone de 5 dormitorios dobles: Un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio de 1,35m; dos dormitorios con cama de matrimonio de 1,60m; dos dormitorios con cama de 2x2m (formada por dos camas individuales de 1m).
La entrada principal a la casa es a través de un pequeño salón con chimenea desde el que se accede a un amplio salón/comedor con vistas al mar; a través de 4 escalones otro pequeño salón independiente y la cocina. La cocina es amplia, totalmente equipada y dispone de zona de comedor, despensa y chimenea y pequeño sofá, añadiendo ese encanto especial típico de las casas ibicencas.
Toda la casa se encuentra en una sola planta. Desde la cocina se accede a un porche exterior y a otro salón (típico de la arquitectura ibicenca).
Desde este salón se accede a la otra parte de la casa que consta de dos amplios dormitorios (uno de ellos con baño en suite con ducha), un pequeño estudio, un baño independiente con ducha y un baño de servicio.
Zonas exteriores. Piscina y barbacoa.
Dispone de varias terrazas a las que se accede directamente desde los salones, así como de un gran patio con mesas y sillas ideal para disfrutar del desayuno o la cena al aire libre durante los meses más calurosos del verano.
Bajando unos escalones hacia la piscina y la barbacoa y situado en un nivel inferior se encuentra un jardín muy bien cuidado con un césped real y árboles frutales, así como un baño exterior y ducha, en un nivel aún más bajo se encuentra la piscina con su amplia terraza (con tumbonas, sombrillas y mesas de café) que conecta con la zona de barbacoa cubierta con una gran mesa con capacidad para 10 personas. Esta zona está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de cocina, nevera, lavavajillas, cocina de gas, horno eléctrico, cafetera, así como una placa de gas muy práctica que toma el lugar de una barbacoa de carbón regular, ya que este último constituye un peligro de incendio en el campo.
Además de sábanas y toallas de baño también hay toallas para la zona de la piscina.
La casa tiene aire acondicionado en todos los dormitorios y en el salón/comedor. Dispone de caja fuerte, sistema de alarma, wi-fi, TV vía satélite y equipo de sonido.
Todos los caminos de acceso a la casa están completamente asfaltados. Se puede llegar a la casa por varias carreteras que van al pueblo de San José que está a 5 km. La distancia a San Antonio es de 4 km; a la Ocean Beach Ibiza en San Antonio, 4,8 km; Cala Bassa, 9,8 km; Cala Tarida, 10 km; Cala Conta, 11 km; Cala Moli, 13 km; Cala Vadella, 15 km; Ibiza ciudad 15 km; el aeropuerto, 15 km.
