CAcogedora casa en el campo rodeada de naturaleza y tranquilidad, muy cerca de todo y muy bien situada; el pueblo de Santa Gertrudis uno de los pueblos con mas encanto de Ibiza esta a solo 2KM, Ibiza ciudad a 12KM y Santa Eulalia a solo 7.5KM
Preciosa casa recién restaurada, de construcción típica ibicenca con paredes de 80cm. de grosor, ubicada en una zona muy tranquila de la Isla rodeada de bosque de pinos, lo que hace que esta casa sea muy fresca; la casa está totalmente equipada y muy cerca de Santa Gertrudis, uno de los pueblos con más encanto de la Isla.
La casa tiene un amplio comedor con cristaleras con vistas a los alrededores, tiene una cocina grande totalmente equipada abierta al comedor y desde donde se accede a un pequeño salón muy confortable.
Desde el salón, se tiene acceso a la terraza y la piscina y las 2 habitaciones, las 2 con camas de matrimonio y baño con ducha en cada habitación, una de estas tiene un amplio vestidor adjunto a la habitación.
En la terraza de la piscina hay una mesa en madera con 4 sillas. También hay baño exterior.
Puntos de interés: A solo 12 km de Ibiza, 7.5 km. de Santa Eulalia, 2km. de Santa Gertrudis, 15km. de la playa de Benirras, 17km. de Cala Xarraca, a menos de 12 minutos de las playas de los alrededores de Santa Eulalia y muy bien ubicada y conectada con las playas del norte de la Isla.
