Villa Amantea può organizzare i seguenti servizi per i nostri clienti:
-MINIBUS/taxi che vi porta dall'aeroporto di Aktion Preveza alle Ville e dalle Ville all'aeroporto. (a pagamento)
Abbiamo a disposizione 4 ville uguali, cambiano solo i colori, hanno i soffitti alti in legno bianco che danno una grande luminosità.
Villa Amantea 5 è per 6 persone al massimo, composta da 2 camere matrimoniali, una camera con letto alla francese e ripostiglio. Ci sono 2 grandi bagni con doccia. La zona giorno ha una cucina attrezzata, un grande tavolo con 6 sedie, un comodo divano, ed è comunicante con un balcone ed un grande terrazzo ambedue con vista panoramica sulla baia di Sivota.
Il terrazzo coperto è arredato con una seconda cucina con barbecue a gas, fornelli e lavello, tavolo e salottino. Sono presenti: TV a schermo piatto, macchine da caffè italiano e americano, accesso internet, lavatrice, un ferro da stiro,una generosa offerta di stoviglie e posate. Aria condizionata nella zona giorno e nelle 2 camere matrimoniali.
Ogni villa ha un giardino privato diviso da siepe di oleandri sempre fioriti, un parcheggio privato per una autovettura. Una cosa molto importante per chi conosce Sivota la strada che porta alle ville è asfaltata e la strada interna è completamente piastrellata in sasso. All'esterno fiori e ulivi centenari. E' possibile raggiungere il cento di Sivota a piedi in 10 min prendendo una strada secondaria che parte di fronte alle ville .
Le 4 ville sono vicine a varie spiagge, aeroporto di Aktion-50min, porto di Sivota, Nidri, Vasiliki, bar, caffetterie, supermercati,ristoranti a conduzione famigliare, locali notturni. Le ville sono adatte a coppie, famiglie (con bambini).
Piscina privata ( ad uso esclusivo solo per i clienti di questa villa-Villa Amantea5) con lettini prendisole a vostra disposizione.
Il proprietario vi incontrerà al vostro arrivo a Sivota e vi accompagnerà alle ville, una volta sistemati lui sarà a vostra disposizione per aiutarvi per tutto il necessario.
Possibilità di uscite in gommone con skipper prenotabili in Baya di Sivota

La villa deve essere riconsegnata con stoviglie ,fornelli ,forno , barbecue puliti come sono stati trovati e con i rifiuti buttati negli appositi contenitori in strada. Diversamente vi sarà trattenuta una somma pari ad €80.
