Beautiful Villa Marina is situated in the southern part of the island, very close to the capital Palma and ever closer to the beach. It offers the perfect mix our guests might look for: visiting museums or historical monuments, getting to know the history and culture of our beautiful and magical island, shopping… On the other side, one can enjoy the sunny days while swimming in the villa, away from the masses and the crowds. Just ideal for your dreamed vacation!
This house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing comfort to 8 guests, due to its space and big areas, such as the garden. WIFI provided in all the areas.
The kitchen area is connected to the dining area as well as with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the devices our guests might need: such as dishwasher, washing machine, oven…
The bedrooms have either double bed or twin beds, which all of them are really comfortable, just to ensure a good night’s sleep, or a good “siesta” for those who are following the Spanish lifestyle.
The bathrooms are spacious, one of them has a bathtub while the other one has a shower. Bed linen, towels and hair dryer are also included.
The treasure of this house, however, is the huge chill out area with a private swimming pool, and backyard. Mediterranean nights are truly enjoyable, as the high day temperatures go down, the atmosphere cools down and looking up one would see a firmament full of stars. It is such an experience to enjoy the dinner, while cooking on a barbeque or enjoying the beauty of the surroundings!
Around the swimming pool there are deck chairs as well and a dining area with space for 8 people. In the backyard, there is a ping pong table available for the leisure of our guests.
Knowing how difficult it could be to park during the summer times, private parking is available in our amazing villa.
Damage Deposit:
The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such a case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.
