The area is also well-serviced by buses and trains. Bus stops to Bondi, Double Bay, Watson’s Bay, Sydney CBD and Darlinghurst theatres are 10-15 minutes walk away.

Interaction with guest

Guests have complete access to their floor. We live upstairs, but use the rear entrance to our residence, so it's unlikely you will see us after your welcome. Most guests self check-out. There are no shared walkways and no shared elevator. From the moment you book, we aim to offer the most tailored service possible. We provide a continental breakfast around your personal tastes, and can suggest helpful recommendations on everything from top local restaurants and sightseeing to tips for getting around Sydney. We like to personally welcome our guests on their first stay, but we leave the key in the safe box for our returning guests. How do damage deposits work?

If Jeff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
