Description
Kukulkan Villa is a private estate with full time onsite staff of a wonderful Mayan family right nearby in their own home. The home has 5000 Square feet (500 Square meters) of which 3200 are indoors and over 1800 are on three independent decks overlooking the magnificent Macal River Valley.
This solar powered custom home with A/C in bedrooms (usually not needed) was designed to fit into the jungle environment and sits high off the ground with almost floor to ceiling windows on the side of the house overlooking the valley and more private windows facing front area where the front yard and garage and staff can be found just 300 feet away.
Kukulkan Villa is a reserve of 50 untouched acres with 1/2 mile of riverfront on the Mayan River and a wonderful system of trails for hiking and is surrounded by 100s of acres of serene untouched environment. The sun shines in the afternoon across the river flooding the other side of the river in perfect afternoon light as the deck and pool sit cooly in shade.
The swimming pool is totally private and totally glass tiled and fan shaped and sits high off the ground at the level of the decks. Its all quite amazing.
