On this serene plot of 4,000 square meters tucked away in the mountains outside Pollensa, be the master of your own holiday. A glistening private, saltwater pool (6m x 12m, 0.6, to 1.8m in depth) reflects the beaming sun as sun loungers provide a place to dry off after an afternoon swim. Prep a poolside snack in your covered kitchen area with outdoor dining facilities like a barbecue and dining table.

The 300-square-meter villa features everything you would find at home including a kitchen suite with terrace access and a walk-in utility room; a breakfast area; a large dining room/lounge with two sets of glass double doors that lead out onto the rear terrace; and a guest toilet. The ground floor also features a twin bedroom (two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom and double doors leading out into the garden.

Once up the stairs, the first floor houses a second twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room and access to a balcony, and the third bedroom with a 2m-double bed, balcony access, and a full ensuite bathroom. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.

Guests at this superb villa are never too far from local amenities and attractions, such as Pollença (4.2km), Puerto Pollença (4.5km), and Cala St. Vicente (7.2km). The nearest beach is 4.4km from the villa, a supermarket is 5.2km away, restaurants are 4.4km away, and a golf course is 8.1km away.

COVID-19 Cleaning Policy Update:

1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in Covid-19 cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.

2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.

3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins.

4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.

5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis (********), an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.

6) All beds and pillows have protective covers.

7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason.

8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice.

9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property.
