Description

Villa Aurora is situated in a protected area, 10 minutes walk from the coast in a tranquil, secluded setting with cypresses fruit trees and vineyards in abundance. Built on the site of a 19th century villa, the house was completely rebuilt and refitted and is surrounded by garden, with uninterrupted views from the terrace to the coast. The villa comprises of two extremely comfortable and spacious maisonettes, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living / dining room and private terrace area, shared with a sunny terrace at the front of the house. From the villa it is a short walk to a choice of restaurants, bars, shops, wellness center, tennis courts and a hotel pool. Strunjan is a quiet seaside village a few kilometers from Slovenia's second best coastal towns - stunning & charming Venetian Piran Izola. Maisonettes ALBA and SUNSET Each maisonette has got on the ground floor: a large living-room, a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bathroom with a shower, a covered terrace and an uncovered one and a huge garden. In the first floor of each maisonette there's a large double bedroom, another room for 2 persons and a cozy bathroom with a bathtub. All is newly furnished and lovely and all the rooms and all the bathrooms have windows, so there are stunning views from each window of the house ....
