The villa is situated in the sought after area of La Font just under the mountains of Boquer and Puig de Maria. It is located along a very quiet country lane well away from any traffic noise. It is one of the most conveniently situated villa in Pollensa to rent.
Along the side and front of the house there is a beautiful covered terrace with a wood beamed roof and table-tennis table. There is deep border full of beautiful Mediterranean and exotic plants runs the length of one side and there are plenty more potted plants in terracotta urns and planters. Behind the house just off the pool and sunbathing terrace there is a covered barbecue area together with a washing up sink plus a table. The raised terrace has distant views of the mountains and overlooks the private pool area with distant views, it includes a sunbathing terrace made of local Mallorquin stone. A poolside bathroom is also provided here. Outside, separated from the house is a utility room with a washing machine. There is a small lawned area to the side of the house for children to play on.
The villa has spacious air conditioned rooms which are comfortable with a mixture of rustic and modern furniture. The large kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave and views out onto the terrace. Here you will find a breakfast table together with a pantry with lots of storage.
There is an open plan lounge / dining area which has satellite television and a dvd player plus cd stereo. For early and late in the season there is a wood-burning stove, in case you need a little warmth if there are any cool evenings. All the bedrooms are on the ground floor level. Two twin rooms and two double rooms share two full bathrooms (shower rooms) with walk in showers.
Can Venzala is a very comfortable and relaxing villa in a truly beautiful country setting. Owners Francisca and Jaime make all their guests very welcome and live in a nearby property, they are only too happy to assist you with anything you need.
