Description

Spread over three levels, this large terraced house can comfortably accommodate 12 people in 4 beautiful double bedrooms and a dormitory for young holidaymakers (or adults). The living space consists of a cozy living room where sits a sublime suspended fireplace. This first level, where the home cinema and the games room are also located, opens on the terrace and the garden by elegant bay windows. You can enjoy your meal prepared in the summer kitchen consisting of a plancha for barbecues, relax under the beautiful shade sail after pleasant moments of relaxation in the swim spa against the current or the Jacuzzi. Four bedrooms are on the second level: two with double beds and two with Italian beds, which can be prepared as a double bed or two single beds, depending on your preference. Each room has a television screen and plenty of storage space. You will also find a large bathroom with a double vanity, a bathtub and a shower. The children's dormitory is on the third level, designed in a loft spirit: you will find 4 single beds separated by a shower room, as well as a fitness area and a games room, with television and video game consoles.

The bus arrives to 300 m from the house. This line goes from Geneva Airport and Palexpo. The line also allows to go to Val Thoiry shopping center and travel to the terminus of the tram 18 that can go to the center of Geneva.
