This beautifully renovated guest house is situated in one of the peaceful yet lively part of the City.It is away from the crowds of the city, but just minutes from the downtown area.24x7 transportation services (bus, auto)are just few steps away.Additionally,you can book online cabs to your doorstep.The nearest metro station(Kaji Najrul) is just within 7 minutes.Various shopping establishments are just within a few steps from the front door; with the nearest hospital just 10 minutes away.

The first ever Floating market that was innaugrated in january this year 2018 is just 15 mints away by transport.

Where you will find all the shops and stores.The bus/auto stand with 24x7 transport service is also at this location,that will help you to connect and getting around the famous places and attractions of the city anytime.You can also book online cabs to your doorstep anytime. Of course we are there to guide you in anything and everything,you have to just ask. We are excited and looking forward to meet you,hopefully yours will be a memorable stay in our place.

I live in the building just beside the guest house,with my family.Which basically means,I am only 1 ring away for all your needs. We would be delighted to have a coffee or lunch or dinner together also, if you like. We can also plan your future trip in the city,tell you about the important place to visit.In case you need my assistance,I would be more tha happy to show you my city and share knowledge about the place,history, cultures and values of this part of the world with you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If BK (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
