A semi-detached cottage located near the town of Malvern in Worcestershire that can sleep two people in one bedroom.Ivy Cottage is a stone-built cottage near the town of Malvern in Worcestershire. It has a super king size bedroom and a bathroom, it can sleep two people. Also inside there is a kitchen with dining furniture, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with a lawn area and a gravel patio with furniture. Ivy Cottage is a charming village in a wonderfully rural location.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio with Bluetooth connection, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off road parking for 1 car. Lockable bike storage in wood store. Large enclosed lawned garden with gravel patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Baby-in-arms only. Note: check in 4pm and check out 10am.
Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
Town: The town of Malvern has many outdoor activities including 100 miles of footpaths and bridleways. It also has many individual shops, cafes, art galleries and restaurants. The town holds antiques fairs, farmers markets, many auctions throughout the year, and the Great Malvern Food Festival in June. The Forest of Dean is only 30 miles away, and the cathedral city of Worcester is a 20 minute drive away. Nearest towns include Ledbury, which is just 7 miles away.
