Following our success from El Mar Estate & Villas in Mykonos providing a hospitable experience we created a stylish apartment in the Athenian Riviera.

The seaside stylish apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saronida within walking distance to the beach, top attractions like the Temple of Posidon (25' ride) and Acropolis (50' ride). Decorated with a modern twist and fully equipped for all occassions (90sqm).

Perfect for families, couples and group of friends as it has three bedrooms and big balconies with exceptional sea and mountain views.

The main interior of this apartment consists of a wide open space with a stylish living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms (one en-suite) accommodate up to 4 guests at this non-smoking apartment. All of the areas provide air conditioning and sea views.

Two bedrooms include a balcony with hill views. Fine linen and towels provide splendid nights of rest.

Large glass windows provide a breezy and carefree ambience to the apartment enabling a welcoming atmosphere to guests. The balcony is furnished with sofa, armchair and a dining table for up to 6 guests; a perfect setting to enjoy the amazing sea views and enjoy a drink at sunset.

Getting around

The apartment is only 27km away from Athens airport (El. Venizelos)(30' ride). Public transportation is easily reachable as the closest bus stop is 600m from the apartment. Buses from there travel all the way up to the center of Athens, Syntagma square. You can also use online Maps to plan your journey and get detailed step-by-step directions from the apartment's address. Private transfers for the duration of your trip can also be arranged to take you around Athens, Sounio and the Athenian Riviera.

Interaction with guest

The host will visit upon arrival and departure. However, the host will also be available by telephone and Whats App throughout your whole stay should you need any recommendations or further information about the area etc.
