Villa Marguerite

Op het vakantiepark Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardèche ligt vakantievilla Marguerite, geschikt voor acht personen en met een privézwembad. Het vakantiepark heeft ook een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad en tennisbanen. Gasten kunnen gratis gebruikmaken van de faciliteiten van het park.

Accommodatie: 8 personen, 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers

Woonkamer met een ruime zithoek en televisie en dvd-speler. Eethoek voor acht personen bij de schuifdeur, vanwaar u toegang heeft tot het overdekte terras.

Open keuken met vaatwasser, magnetron, oven, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat (ook Senseo-apparaat) en keramische kookplaat. Op de begane grond zijn twee slaapkamers, elk geschikt voor twee personen. Badkamer met douche en wastafel. Apart toilet.

Eerste verdieping: twee slaapkamers, elk geschikt voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers boven zijn voorzien van airconditioning. Badkamer met bad / douche, toilet en wastafel. Overdekt balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving.

Buiten: Volledige tuin met privé zwembad (8 x 4 m) met Romeinse trap. Het privé zwembad is geopend van april tot en met oktober. Ligstoelen om van de zon te genieten bij het zwembad. Door de bomen in de tuin kunt u ook genieten van de schaduw in de warme zomermaanden. Op het grote gazon is het geweldig om voor de kinderen te spelen. Op het overdekte terras vindt u een tuintafel met stoelen. Parasol is ook aanwezig.
