It’s our newly built single storey accessible villa with 2 en-suite bedrooms for 4 persons. The villa is combining traditional stone house architecture with high quality accommodation. Panoramic views overlooking the vineyard the sea and beyond.
Design for accessibility:
Fantasia is based on inclusive design architectural disciplines and friendly for people with disable characteristics as well. The interior minimalistic design apart from the high quality accommodation, functionalism, safety and comfort serves the facilities including wide doorways, specially adapted bathroom, kitchen and indoor and outdoor living areas. It is a fully accessible house whilst combining deep relaxation and enjoyment for all with its own accessible private pool.
Dining:
The villa offers both indoor and outdoor dining facilities. Spacious and light with fully glazed outlook facing the pool area, vineyard and sea. There is dining table in the open plan kitchen as well as outdoor under the covered veranda. The surrounding spaces of the villa feature outdoor covered living areas, private swimming pool with hydro-massage spot, and direct access to the sea.
Location:
We are located in the most beautiful and tranquil Northen part of Zakynthos: 30 km from the main town and airport and 2.5 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which connects Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat). Our four villas are situated on private land of over 40.000 sqm just above the famous Blue Caves and 20 minutes boat ride to the famous Navagio – the Shipwreck. They enjoy magnificent views incorporating both Vasilikos and Alykes bay, and the shores of the Peloponnese and Kefalonia Island. Blue Caves Villas have direct access to the sea by way of a stone path constructed with great care leading down to the sea and to the impressive Priest's Cave.
World famous for the amazing beaches with crystal waters, Zakynthos island is fabulous for summer holidays. The most impressive beach is Navagio (the Shipwreck Beach), accessible only by boat, however there are also many other nice beaches on the island, including Gerakas, Kalamaki, Porto Zoro, Banana and more. Zakynthos Town is the main town on the island, with interesting museums and a Venetian Castle on top of the hill above. Nice mountainous villages also dot the countryside, as well as old monasteries.
One needs a healthy appetite and sense of adventure to overlook the easy, tourist areas of the island. Take a walk on the idyllic beaches and a dip in the unrivaled beauty of the endless blue Ionian Sea. Let the natural and rich, sweet aromas of raisins basking in the sun permeate your senses and introduce you to Zakynthian hospitality. Let your senses guide you to restaurants and tavernas, where the traditional dishes will tell you the history and tradition of this land. Don’t forget to try some of the local cheeses, wines and mandolato. Let our island enchant you and we will ensure that your stay is the most beautiful holiday experience!
