This is a lovely historic Country Mill House dating back to the 1750's. Full of charm and warmth with beautiful landscaped 4.5 acre gardens & many mature trees. 8 bedrooms in total for max 21 persons. There is a Library with secret doors ideal for a Murder/Mystery Weekend. Large Conservatory kitchen with laundry facilities. Bedlinen and towels all provided, lots of DVD's, games & books available for use.

House rules
Noise: we do have neighbours nearby and ask that guests do not use the Courtyard after 9pm in the evening and also that the noise levels in the house are reduced or stopped after midnight as we do not wish you to disturb our neighbours. We have 2 security cameras outside the front doors pointing out to the driveways that are permanently on and visible.
We also ask that anyone, children in particular do not touch the grand piano as it is a very special piece to us.

“A fabulous family weekend!”
Our entire family gathered here to celebrate our Golden Wedding. We had a very enjoyable stay. Didn’t want to leave. The house was described as ‘quirky’ and it certainly was! Our grandchildren played hide and seek for hours. It was very well equipped with lots of books, board games and TV in all the bedrooms. They were very spacious, clean and comfortable and suit all ages. Catering is easy in the large kitchen and dining areas. Again the children love to eat in the booths. There is an enclosed sun trap at the back door with lovely shrubs and plants. There are extensive gardens to the front with many unusual trees and plants. Would love to come again.

“Incredibly spacious house”
This house was perfect for our needs for our corporate retreat. The only drawback was the Wifi being poor - we would need this to be improved in order for us to consider staying again.
