7 miles from the airport and centrally located to reach Miami in 20 minutes or go north to West Palm beach within minutes. You can get anywhere quickly. 5 minutes from I-95. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Spend the day at the tropical pool or head to the beach that's less than 1.5 miles away at Lauderdale By the Sea. You'll feel so secluded in this private peaceful space.
What makes this home unique is the warm inviting kitchen in the heart of the home where you prepare meals with family and friends at the island or set out a grab and go breakfast before heading out. It's a place where every can hang out in different rooms but still be together.
