Description
Newly listed since January 2024 this bright spacious 3 bedroomed detached villa is in a very quiet residential area and is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Just 2km drive /15 min walk to the beach . It is situated in a great area explore the Spanish coastline, countryside, mountains and salt lakes or just to enjoy the fantastic Mediterranean climate, while relaxing in the sunshine.
A spacious 3 bedroom /2 bathroom detached Villa in Lomas De Cabo Roig , Orihuela Costa .
Our villa is on 2 levels.
The ground floor has a spacious living room / dining room with two sofa’s, a dining table and 6 chairs, a TV, Wi-Fi and aircon hot and cold.
Kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher , oven , hob , kettle, coffeemaker and all utensils such as pots, pans, cutlery and delf basically everything you could need to enjoy your stay.
Bedroom one has 2 single beds ,a wardrobe, 2 lockers, air con hot &cold & a hairdryer . We also have a large and a small cooler box for bringing to the pool area or to the beach .
Bathroom downstairs has a shower, sink and toilet..
The outside area to the front of the villa is a beautiful south facing patio deck area and garden with a table ,6 chairs , 2 sun lounger ,barbecue, umbrella & outside shower to cool down when required & to the rear of the villa is a spacious tiled area with table, 6 chairs & 2 sun loungers and basketball net
On the second floor there are two bedrooms,
A Master bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobes ,TV ,Chester drawers , 2,lockers , air con hot & cold and a hairdryer provided.
just off the master bedroom there is a large balcony /sun terrace for al fresco , 2 sun loungers, table & 4 chairs & also an outdoor shower to cool down ,
Bedroom 3 has two single beds , built in wardrobes , 2.lockers ,set of drawers,a hairdryer, iron and ironing board with an outside balcony that has a table & 2 chairs
Also upstairs is a large family bathroom with a bath/shower. .
Our community has a very secure gated communal pool area. It’s a well maintained gated green area which can be accessed at the entrance just two doors from our villa . In this area we have a very large pool, a children’s pool and a jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the sun with your family ,we also have various umbrella stands provided for those who prefer to sit in the shade
Our urbanisation has two commercial centres within easy walking distance from our Villa which includes a number of bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
Campoamor beach is approximately 2 km from our Villa , the long white sandy beach beckons the sun seeker with beach bars , plenty of sunk loungers , toilet facilities and lots of water sports to hire and if you want more choice you will not be disappointed with a host of blue flag beaches all along the coast. If you like to golf only a short 5 min drive will give you the option of 4 golf courses in the area, Los Rambles, Campoamor, Villa Martin and Los Collinas with many other golf courses in a 10km area that ensures an excellent choice for the enthusiast. Other activities available in the area include Go Carting, horse riding, tennis, cycling, scuba diving and various watersports.
There are several big shopping centres in the area, very close 5 min drive is La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Mall with bars, restaurants as well as all the big brand name shops with live entertainment during the summer, a great place for the kids too with a water fountain, play zone area and many other child friendly activities such as bowling, snooker etc. Then 2 minute drive to the mainCabo Roig Strip where there are countless restaurants & bars . Other places to visit approx. 15 /20 mins away are the Ozone ( bowling, snooker etc, ) Habaneras Shopping Centre , Dos Meros Shopping Centre..
if you are looking for more fun and adventure for the family , there is Aquopolis Water Park in Torrevieja approx 15 min drive from our Villa and there are various theme parks such as Terra Mitica with amusement rides and Terra Natura Animal park up in Benidorm approx 1hr & 20mins away which are lovely fun days trips for the family.
A visit to the beautiful city of Cartagena is also definitely worth a visit it’s approx 40 mins drive away
It has beautiful scenery & architecture, boat rides and a Roman theatre museum all worth the visit.
