Description

At the heart of Tournus, near the Saone, charming house comfortable, tastefully furnished, bright, quiet, with a nice little garden in the back. Ideal for a stopover or a longer stay in southern Burgundy. House within 5 minutes walk from the town center of St Philibert Abbey, the train station, close to all the fine restaurants (the starry city in France). The house consists of: - entrance - living room overlooking the banks of the Saône - open fully equipped modern kitchen (induction hob, extractor, programmable oven, microwave, fridge, Tassimo with pods available) - dining room , - bathroom (Hip bath) with toilet - 2 bedrooms: * 1 Bedroom with 140x190 bed and adjoining bathroom (washbasin, mirror, toilet), garden view, * Bedroom 2 with bed 90x190. - Private garden. The sofa bed in the living room is convertible for 2 additional beds. The rear garden of the house is contacting our own garden. Possibility of garage for additional 10 € / night. The home is next to ours. We will be close by if needed. Do not hesitate to ask for additional material: iron, ironing board ... We know in advance if needed baby bath, cot, high chair, etc. The apartment does not have internet (but if you have Internet on your phone, consider tethering for Internet on your laptop or tablet). Know, however, that Tournus, telephone and Internet networks are performing poorly. Housing designed for 5 people. We do not accept for additional guests. Bed linen and towels are provided. City tax is included in the price per night.

Non-smoking house and unsuitable for disabled people (standard of living upstairs and steps between parts). Cleaning at your expense (products provided). Thank you for leaving the house as you found it on arrival. Deposit: 200 € that can be amputated (part or all) if failure or deterioration found (s) during the inventory.
