Villa Turrasann located on white sand Cardiff Hall beach in Runaway Bay is perfect for a family vacation, a romantic getaway or just a home away from home.
This newly refurbished two story villa has a large living and dining area, located on ground level. This space is air conditioned and has beautiful Jamaican carved furniture including a large dining table. Cable TV, speakers, and an iPod dock are also available in the living room. A downstairs toilet is also accessible, and a shower room is located next to the pool.
Wide sliding glass doors open out from the living area to a newly renovated pool and outdoor dining. Comfortable lounge chairs surround the pool. Villa Turrasann includes a beach garden at the back of the property perfect for playing a game of Frisbee, relaxing in the gazebo or sipping rum punch on a set of lounge chairs underneath the shade of large tree. A gate, at end of the beach garden, leads to the white sands of Cardiff Hall beach.
Bedroom Configuration:
The three bedrooms, located on the upper level, are beautifully furnished in Jamaican mahogany. All have air-conditioning, updated private baths, ceiling fans and large closets. Each bedroom has sea views and are entered from the wrap around balcony surrounding the back of the villa. These bedrooms are accessible from the pool via an enclosed staircase.

The villa has a caring, capable and pleasant staff of three, composed of a cook, housekeeper and gardener. They will prepare wonderful meals of your own choice, introduce you to Jamaican cooking and delicacies and generally look after your every need. On arrival, no matter what time of the day a meal will be provided free of charge. Before arrival, arrangements will be made with SunVillas about any dietary preferences for this meal. You may choose our option of a meal plan, which is $50 a day per head, and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with non alcoholic drinks. If you would rather purchase your own food our chef will work with you on menus of your choosing and accompany you to the local grocery stores and markets (or shop for you).
