Description
The apartment is all new, just renovated, very bright and equipped with all comforts. It is located on the second floor of a residential building equipped with a lift. Eat-in kitchen with table and chairs also equipped with dishwasher. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Private parking with automatic gate. Just 5 minutes on foot or by bike you can reach the city center with the beautiful Sacro Cuore church and the modern Piazza Cavour. The seafront has a beautiful bike path that connects it to both Villa Rosa and Alba Adriatica through a brand new wooden pier, for a total of about 25km. Lovers of bike rides will appreciate it very much. In the immedite vicinity there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bike paths. Also a 10-minute walk takes you to the "Tempo Libero" sports center where you can do various activities such as: tennis, skating on the track, bocce and various equipment for children etc .... At 2 Km there is the adventure park for children of all ages and even adults, where they can climb followed by professional instructors. In Martinsicuro you will also find the beach dedicated to our four-legged friends. The stretches of beach used for "Bau beach" will be two: "Una Bau Beach 1 covers the whole area in front of the coastal biotope for a length of 200 meters (up to the ditch near Boca Beach) for a width of 20 meters. A Bau Beach 2, on the other hand, was installed in Villarosa south between the Baja23 concession and the Le Tamerici storage area, 30 meters long and 30 meters wide ". You can bring our four-legged friends to the beach and enjoy a bit of sun and relaxation with them. The sea has a sandy bottom and for the first 100mt towards the breakwaters has a depth that rises slowly up to 50cm allowing you to relax in complete safety and tranquility with your children in the water. Ideal solution for those on holiday with babies, children, seniors and fishing enthusiasts. The cost of bed linen and towels is separate (on request) and is € 5 per person per stay. The cost of the air conditioning is separate (on request) and is € 6 per day.
