Nice apartment totally refurbished located on the second floor of a residential building equipped with ascensore.E 'consists of 2 bedrooms including 1 double and the other with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, the living room has access to the balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. Bathroom with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. The apartment is practically on the beach across the road as it is already under an umbrella or water to bathe. From the balcony you can enjoy a sea view condominium incantevole.Giardinetto with benches where you can stay and chat and enjoy a lovely sea view / beach. Nearby there are all kinds of shops, well equipped chalets, restaurants / pizzerias on the beach, ice cream .... Ideal x families with children. We travel on foot or by bike because everything is at hand. The sea is shallow and sandy suitable for most 'children and elderly people. The waterfront has a beautiful bike path that connects both in Martinsicuro that Alba Adriatica through a brand new wooden pier, for a total of about 25km.Gli walkers bike will appreciate it very much. You will also find a beach dedicated to our four-legged friends. The stretch of spaiggia used as "Bau Beach" interested in has been installed in Villarosa south between granting Baja23 and storage Le Tamerici. You can bring our furry friends at the beach and enjoy with them some sun and relaxation. Due to its geographical position, a few kilometers away from Villa Rosa, you will enjoy un`altalenante expanse of green hills and vineyards, where there are small historic towns, castles ... and here you can taste the famous Montepulciano d`Abruzzo in one of the many wineries in the region, accompanied by delicious local dishes.
