Description

This accommodation is on the first floor of a converted period building in the heart of West Kirby. Ideally suited to one or two guests, a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for three or four guests for a short stay. It has been lovingly refurbished and offers a well equipped kitchen with modern units and granite worktops. The lounge/dining room is bright and airy with a sofa bed, dining table and TV. Two steps down to the ensuite bedroom with king size bed, Egyptian bed linen, hairdryer. The bathroom has a shower bath, vanity unit and walk-in laundry cupboard containing washing machine, ironing board and iron. Off road parking for one car is available in the private car park adjacent to the property.

Getting around

A car is certainly not needed. All local attractions are on the doorstep and the train station is a 4/5 minute walk, with trains to Liverpool and Chester every 15 minutes during the week.

“Lovely clean, tasteful, comfortable flat, in a great central location !”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, centrally located apartment, in June 2019. It is steps away from the promenade and beach, and close to some excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there is a pull out couch in the living room, which my grandson assured me, was very comfortable. The bathroom is very large, with a big tub, and a washing machine tucked away in a cupboard, which we really appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped, with modern appliances, cutlery, dishes etc. Lyn has a very comprehensive information folder, with menus for local restaurants, details of local attractions, and very helpful information on the apartment itself.....one of the best we have seen. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, attractive place to stay in West Kirby !

“Holiday/work”

Me and my family had a amazing time in west kirby. Everything you need is in walking distance. The flat is modern and beautifully derocorated we didn't want to leave it was like a home from home. Lynn the owner was really nice,when we came she had a little hamper with all esensals we needed and she also was always on hand if we needed anything. I would recommend anybody to stay here.

“Perfect little bolt hole”

We needed somewhere for a few nights and this was perfect. The flat has obviously only recently been renovated - there is everything you would need for a couple.. Comfy lounge area, well equiped kitchen, large bathroom and decent bedroom. There is parking on site - this could be a bit tight if you have a large car, but we also found parking in the street without too much problem. I am reluctant to score this little gem too highly - we are going to need to visit again and I wouldn't want it to be too difficult to book! Excellent location in town and a couple of minutes walk from the rail station, with direct links to Liverpool.
