You will love this beautiful T 3 in a brand new luxury residence for up to 5 people. All amenities, 2 steps from the town of St Gervais les Bains Center, private parking space, lift, ski storage in basement. Charming duplex of 63 m2 with balcony facing Southwest overlooking the Aravis. Pictures of the interior will be online by the end of April from the end of the residential construction. Large living room including a kitchen, a dining room and living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed overlooking the back of the building ensuring a quiet, single bed on the mezzanine and a second bathroom. The equipment is complete with dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, table and ironed steam iron, oven and microwave oven, TV, DVD player, Internet connection, griddle, fondue and raclette, Nespresso machine ( capsules) and plunger coffee (coffee filter), vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, cot and highchair. Ideally located: direct access to the slopes of the ski area Bettex - Mont d'Arbois - Megève by the free shuttle down the building, 300m from the station TMB (Tramway Mont Blanc), cog period for access the Les Houches by the collar of Voza or to go to the eagle's nest for a beautiful hike or begin the ascent of Mont Blanc. The thermal baths are a 5 minute drive and is also accessible by free shuttle bus or TMB. “Proceed with caution”

I booked for Feb 2020 with advertised price of approx. £700. Had confirmation and then the owner changed the price to nearly 2.5x that much so had to cancel booking!!!

Response from the owner I'm very sorry but I didn't know that rent was already open for February 2020. By default, our price is the low season price. That is certainly a mistake. Furthermore, I don't have my home connection since 2 weeks because i'm changing my internet box, the line is off because the new box don't arrived. Then I must do all with my phone and it's very difficult. That's why, I didn't see the price before accepting the reservation and I wanted to give a answer quickly, too much quickly. That's a mistake too.. I'm really sorry.
